We almost always fly either Southwest or Delta

We will secure non-stop if they are available. If not you will be notified before final payment is due of flight information.

The rates listed are for one shared hotel room for up to four people. You may book more than one room, but just know that rates will increase with an additional room added.

We always have a gathering for each trip before the trip (Jimmy’s Seafood) and during the trip as well. We will also sometimes put together other trip specials – some past trips have included all inclusive parties, a boat cruise, and stadium tours.

Yes! We keep at least one day open for everyone to make their own dinner plans, sightseeing, and anything else that might interest you while you’re there.

All deposits are refundable. Once your full trip payment is made that is non-refundable since we aren’t given any refund options on our end once commitments are made for flight/hotel.

We will however do everything in our power to find a replacement for you and do what we can to make things work if something comes up. If we can find a replacement we then would refund your trip.

You would select how many people you have and place your deposit and we will find out how many rooms are needed to give you an exact quote for the trip.

You will receive a trip onboarding form to fill out to give us all of the information we will need for the trip. We will continuously update you via text about the party at Jimmy’s and trip details as we get closer.

Full payment is due for each trip 75 days prior to the trip. We will send a reminder 2-3 weeks prior to payment being due.

Yes. Your deposit will go towards the full balance of the trip.

We use PayPal who does typically offer payments to be made in installments when the final invoice for trip balance is sent.

Some of our trips will include special appearances during either the Flock Party at Jimmy’s Famous Seafood or at the tailgate!

The group will have upper level seating together typically mid-field or between the 20 yard lines. You may upgrade your seats and we will get you a price for the upgrade which will depend on where you would like to sit.

Please contact us as we do have this available for some of our trips and usually make an announcement as we draw closer to the trip.
